INTRODUCTION
Buyer agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Online Contract (the “Contract”) with respect to the goods, services and information provided by or through the Site or by any sales transactions be them over the phone, email, fax or in person. This Contract constitutes the entire and only agreement between Medkit BD and Buyer, and supersedes any and all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings with respect to the goods, services and information provided by or through the Site, and the subject matter of this Contract. Buyer agrees to review this Contract prior to purchasing anything, and purchase of any goods or services shall be deemed acceptance of this Contract.
PRICING
Retail prices are as stated on the website. From time to time promotional and sale prices may be applied to retail prices at the sole discretion of Medkit BD, in volume purchase situations.
All prices are subject to change without notice due to international currency and market fluctuations. Quotes, if provided, are valid for the term printed on the quote. In the absence of a printed time term, prices may change without notice. Medkit BD reserves the right to accept or reject any and all purchase orders.
EDITING, DELETING AND MODIFICATION
Medkit BD reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Agreement from time to time and in our sole discretion. When you visit the Site, you are accepting the current version of this statement as posted on the Site at that time. We recommend that users revisit this statement on occasion to learn of any changes and prior to every new purchase.
RIGHT TO REFUSE
Medkit BD reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse service at any time. Sale of any goods or services is subject to availability.

Neither Medkit BD, nor its officers, directors, employees, agents, vendors, distributors or affiliates shall be responsible or liable for any loss, damage (including, but not limited to actual, consequential or punitive), liability, claim or damage caused to Medkit. OTHER INJURY OR CAUSE CAUSED BY OR RELATED TO ANY IMPROPER OR IMPROPER USE OF PRODUCTS SOLD FROM BD.
Acknowledgment
This Agreement represents the entire understanding between you, the buyer, and us, Medkit BD. and supersede your relationship with us online and any prior statements or representations. If you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, please click the "I Agree" button at checkout. If you do not agree to the Terms of Sale and the terms of the Policy Agreement, log off the system If you do not click “I agree” you may not purchase products or services from Medkit BD.
